C4CC Newsletter – Issue 37
In the latest edition we provide an update from the September Partners’ Meeting which focused on the theme of ‘workforce and we find out more about the latest guidance issued by NICE on intermediate care. We also have details on the Patient Leadership Summit on 15 December and provide an update on the merger between one of our partners Arthritis Research UK and Arthritis Care.

In this issue we highlight a briefing written by Alex Fox OBE, which makes the case for more asset-based areas to help build stronger communities. We share Arthritis Research UK’s recent publication on ‘Musculoskeletal conditions and multimorbidity’ and hear about the Stockport Together programme which brings together health and social care partners across Stockport as part of NHS England’s Empowering People and Communities work programme.

This edition highlights the Royal College of Physicians’ work on developing a set of standards for digital care and support plans and there are opportunities to register for two upcoming conferences: the Health and Care Innovation Expo in Manchester on 11 and 12 September and the Annual Self Care Conference in London on 26 September.

The LEHC programme holds true to the values of the Coalition, and models co-production, with people with lived experience involved in both the design and delivery.
